Welcome to the Colombo District Professional Photographic Studio Owners Association. By accessing our website, becoming a member, or purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Membership is open to professional photographic studio owners operating within the Colombo District. All applications are subject to review and approval by the association committee. We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason provided it is non-discriminatory.
Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism. Any member found engaging in unethical business practices or conduct detrimental to the reputation of the association may face disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.
All membership fees and event ticket purchases are processed securely through our payment partner, PayHere.
Content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the Association or its members and is protected by copyright laws. Member portfolio images remain the property of the respective photographers.
The Association shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
